I started ScoutCRM because I lived the problem. Running Brandify — a branded workwear business in Essex — meant spending hours each week manually searching for local businesses to contact. There was no tool that did what I needed: find UK businesses by sector and location, check they were actually trading, and help me reach out quickly. So I built one. ScoutCRM is that tool, now available to any UK small business that sells to other businesses.
Brandify — formerly trading as Brentwood Embroidery, established in 1988 — needed a simple way to find local businesses that might need branded workwear. Plumbers, builders, care homes, restaurants. The kind of businesses that are easy to picture but hard to find in bulk, verify as active, and contact efficiently.
What we built worked. Leads came in automatically, verified against official UK company data, and a simple pipeline kept track of who had been contacted and what happened next. Brandify started winning more customers.
